RETURN POLICY:

If you should be unhappy with the chimes you purchase from Music in the Wind, we want you to return them. We allow 5 days from time chime is delivered to notifying us you wish to return them. Here's how:

Contact us by email, phone or fax and let us know you want to return the wind chimes or wind bell. We will contact you with the information you need to send them back. You are responsible for the return shipping charges unless
1) we sent the wrong item, or 2) the chimes are defective. When chimes are received we will credit your charge card.

In the case of repairs needed in the future, contact us and we will get in touch with the vendor - all repair and warranty work is handled on a case by case basis.

SHIPPING:

 Ground shipping in the 48 contiguous states (not Alaska or Hawaii) will be FREE OF CHARGE. 3-day Select, 2nd Day Air and Overnight will be charged at the full rate. Only ground shipping is free.
