The latest addition to the Music of the Spheres® family is 9 feet tall - larger than the Bass but smaller than the Basso Profundo. 

The tuning is expanded quartal, like the Basso Profundo - our apologies, we do not have a soundbyte of this chime. It weighs 100 pounds when hung, and will sing in low tones when it sounds. The Contra Bass is warranted for 15 years.

The Contra Bass ships UPS to 48 states and the wait for this particular chime can be up to four weeks, but if you're in the market for a chime of this size, it's well worth the wait.
